Hi, I’m Erika, and I’m so glad you’re here.

Rock & Roll Designs was created from a very real place: life, healing, resilience, and the belief that what we wear can carry meaning, energy, and intention.

I live by a philosophy I’ve carried with me since 2006:

ONE RIDE. ONE BODY. ONE CHANCE.

If you were given one car for your whole life, you’d take care of it differently.

Our bodies, and our lives, are the same. This is the only one we get.

Over the years, life has taken me through seasons of:

• health challenges

• surgeries

• grief and loss

• rebuilding my strength

• and learning to listen to my body instead of fighting it

Movement became my therapy. Strength became my protection. And meaning became more important than ever.

I’ve been in the fitness & wellness world for many years (Zumba & Les Mills certified since 2009), and I’m also still active in the healthcare field. I’m not a doctor or nutritionist, just a real woman who believes in learning, applying, and living what she shares.
