All sales are final.
All custom orders are final sale.
All sale and discounted items are final sale.
- Any altered jewelry is final sale.Orders that have used a promo/coupon code are final sale.
- Please make sure that you measure your wrist correctly before you place your order.
- You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your product from the confirmed delivery date if you have any issues.
- The product must be unused/unopened and sent back to us prior to processing an exchange.
- All exchanged items must be unworn, and undamaged, in the originally packaging (NO Exceptions).
- Please note, we are not responsible for the return shipment should you decide to exchange your item.
- You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we “do not” guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Discount code
It is the customers responsibility to “add” the desired code while checking out. If a customer forgets we will offer a one time Gift Card (at our discretion) of the allotted amount.
